The real estate market continues to change.
Clients want to know how to "time" this change in order to
maximize their personal success. The only thing for sure is
that the unprecedented, double-digit appreciation is gone. No mater how
much we research and analyze, the only thing for sure is that the market
experiences cycles. There is no way to predict when the market will
shift again, only that it will. There will be another upturn. As prices
have declined in our area over the last couple of years, I believe that
there are some incredible buys available at this time.
I expect to see the sales prices start to climb again,
especially as all the improvements are
competed by East West in the New Village and the Highlands. The area's
first five star hotel, the Ritz Carleton, is now under construction in
the Highlands and will open in 2009.
Reservations are being accepted for the Residences at the Ritz Carlton
Highlands. These will be the only full-ownership, ski-in/ski-out luxury
penthouses in the area’s first five-star hotel. Only 13 two, three &
four bedroom residences are being offered ranging in price from $2.9 -
