2009 was a good year for sales. 67 properties sold in the Northstar™ Resort according to the Tahoe Sierra Multiple Listing Service (compared to 58 in 2008). 20 homes (compared to 11 last year) and 45 condos (compared to 46 last year) sold in 2009. 37 of the condo sales were in the New Village. 2 lots sold (one for $800,000) compared to 1 sale last year.
