We expect improvement in 2012 property
sales, as evidenced by the homes already pending and sold since January
1. Buyer confidence seems to be improving as mortgage rates continue to
be historically low and property prices are lower than they have been in
years. We are seeing fewer short sales and foreclosures. With improved sales, inventories will tighten, prices will firm
up, and confidence will continue to increase, solidifying a housing
market recovery. Real estate continues to be a great long term
investment.
